VELTI

"Velti" is the official exclusive representative of the Turkish manufacturer "EMES" in Ukraine. The company specializes in a wide range of industrial casters, wheels, rollers, and industrial hardware.

Problem

Before our implementation, 'VELTI' used the CRM system Bitrix 24, as many businesses still do. The company decided to abandon Russian software due to the full-scale invasion and the cessation of technical support and faced the challenge of finding a user-friendly and feature-rich alternative.

Offer to the client

To address this issue, a comprehensive software solution based on Odoo, designed for business management encompassing accounting, finance, human resources, sales, marketing, and more, was proposed. Our team collaborated with the client's business analysts to conduct a preliminary analysis, dissect the client's workflow processes, describe their essence, and identify how they could be integrated into the system to find solutions.
After obtaining client approval, the following was implemented:● Unified CRM system with a space where orders received through integrations with the WIX website are stored.● Inventory management for products, including purchasing and employee tracking.
The implementation of this system took 20 working days and involved our team, including a project manager, business analyst, integrator, and developer experienced with Odoo.

The implemented functionality in the CRM system includes

● Inventory Control: The system allows employees to monitor the movement of goods across warehouses and conduct sales analytics by tracking inventory levels.● Financial Automation: The client can now record all profits in agreements and generate basic financial reports.● Unified Customer Database: A single customer database with interaction history is available, serving both the employment and legalization directions of the business without interfering with each other.

The achieved results were

After the implementation of the Odoo CRM system and its integration with the work processes of the "VELTI" company, the following results were recorded:

● Systematic and clear control of warehouse balances has appeared;
● Financial reporting and accounting have become simpler and more automated;
● Managers have become more efficient, thanks to which they do not miss important stages and tasks;
● Increased customer satisfaction with fast and accurate service thanks to division of work of departments.
